Refund Policy

Our return policy is valid for 14 days. Unfortunately, if your purchase is more than 14 days old, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition be in which you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.

Furthermore, items cannot be returned:
* Gift vouchers

*use products because our textiles are hygiene items


In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an e- Mail to let you know that we have received the item you sent. We will also notify you of the approval or sale of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed. After a few days, your credit card or original payment method will be automatically credited.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to post.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted to your account.

Sale items
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items are not eligible for a refund.

Exchanges
Exchanges will only be given for defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, email us at hello@cotoniq.com and ship the item to: Gstöttengutstrasse 14, Salzburg, Salzburg, 5020, Austria.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a voucher for the purchase value when you return the item. Once we have received the returned item, you will receive a voucher via email.

If the item was not marked as a gift at purchase or sent to the gift giver, a refund will be made to the gift giver, and the person giving the gift will be informed of the return.


You will have to pay the shipping costs for returning your item yourself. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost of returning the item will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on the country you reside in .

If you are shipping an item over €75, consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you returned.
